Domestic Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (potentially faster depending on volumes). Orders are processed in the order they are received and expedited shipping orders, such as Priority and Express shipping, are elevated in priority to meet the delivery deadline. All orders are shipped from our location in Roxborough, Colorado. Most orders are shipped via USPS; however, we reserve the right to ship via UPS and/or FedEx. Kideaux ships to all 50 U.S. states and follows the standard methods available by USPS, UPS and FedEx.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Charges
For shipping to the Continental U.S. (and District of Columbia) shipping charges are based on the weight of the order to be shipped. Most Kideaux.com items have a final shipping weight of between 1-2 pounds. Charges by weight are as follows:
Standard Shipping (3-5 business days)
Any order less than 2 lbs: $10
Any order 2 lbs - 4 lbs: $17
Above 4 lbs: $17
USPS Priority Mail Shipping (2-3 business days)
Any order less than 2 lbs: $15
Above 2 lbs: $19
We currently do not ship to APO or FPO address. Orders that contain a different shipping address from billing address may be subject to review, in which case the customer may be contacted. This can delay shipping time. Kideaux cannot guarantee next day expedited shipping when an order is placed on hold for review. Tax rate is based on the shipping address and not the billing address.
International Shipping Policy
Duties & Taxes
Customers are responsible for paying all duties, taxes and other fees which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination. Duties on goods can widely vary, depending on the product and the country it was manufactured in. Other charges and duties may also apply, depending on the items. Duty fee will not be refunded on any type of returns. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
Refused Packages
If your package cannot be delivered, is unclaimed, or is refused, you are responsible for the following: (1) Original and return shipping costs, (2) Duties, taxes and other customs charges that are incurred on the package for both the original and return shipments.
