SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Kideaux.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (potentially faster depending on volumes). Orders are processed in the order they are received and expedited shipping orders, such as Priority and Express shipping, are elevated in priority to meet the delivery deadline. All orders are shipped from our location in Roxborough, Colorado. Most orders are shipped via USPS; however, we reserve the right to ship via UPS and FedEx. Kideaux ships to all 50 U.S. states and follows the standard methods available by USPS, UPS and FedEx.

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

We currently do not ship to APO or FPO address. Orders that contain a different shipping address from billing address may be subject to review, in which case the customer may be contacted. This can delay shipping time. Kideaux cannot guarantee next day expedited shipping when an order is placed on hold for review. Tax rate is based on the shipping address and not the billing address.

Shipping Charges

For shipping to the Continental U.S. (and District of Columbia) shipping charges are based on the weight of the order to be shipped. Most Kideaux.com items have a final shipping weight of between 1-2 pounds. Charges by weight are as follows:

Standard Shipping (3-5 business days)

Any order less than 2 lbs: $10

Any order 2 lbs - 4 lbs: $17

Above 4 lbs: $17

USPS Priority Mail Shipping (2-3 business days)

Any order less than 2 lbs: $15

Above 2 lbs: $19


 

International Shipping Policy

Duties & Taxes

Customers are responsible for paying all duties, taxes and other fees which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination. Duties on goods can widely vary, depending on the product and the country it was manufactured in. Other charges and duties may also apply, depending on the items. Duty fee will not be refunded on any type of returns. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

 

Refused Packages

If your package cannot be delivered, is unclaimed, or is refused, you are responsible for the following: (1) Original and return shipping costs, (2) Duties, taxes and other customs charges that are incurred on the package for both the original and return shipments.

RETURN POLICY

Returns Policy

If you're considering refunds and returns, you have likely ordered from us, or you're considering ordering from us. For that, we owe you a big "thank you!" We strive to have a gaggle of happy and content Kideaux customers and as such we work diligently to deliver a fabulous product and customer service experience.

 

That being said, stuff happens. Things break, products get damaged in shipping…..you expected a real dragon when you ordered a Dragon Pack. Bottom line, let us work to try to make it right. If you’re not happy with your purchase, simply contact us within 30 days of your purchase and we will give you a replacement or refund. In addition to Kideaux’s 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee, your Kideaux product is covered by a Limited Warranty (see details below).

Kideaux 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are unsatisfied with your Kideux purchase, please contact us within 30 days of purchase to request a replacement or refund. To qualify for a replacement or refund, we request that the following conditions be met.

 

  1. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested (so we can properly track and process your request) within 30 days of your purchase date. To request an RMA, please contact us at sales@kideaux.com or via phone at (303) 284-4088.

  2. Returned products need to be in good physical condition - as in not physically broken or damaged - unless the damage is the result of a manufacturer defect or damage from shipping.

  3. All accessories originally included with your Kideaux product must be included with the return.  

 

If a replacement or refund is being requested due to receipt of a defective product or product damaged in shipping, Kideaux.com will bear the cost of shipping the returned product as well as the cost of shipping out a replacement product (if replacement is requested in lieu of refund).  

Guarantee Terms & Conditions

Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable unless Kideaux.com determines that the charges requested are legitimate and reasonable. If a Kideaux.com product is returned without prior return authorization, Kideaux retains the right to either refuse delivery of such return item or refuse replacement or refund.

 

If a refund is issued, you should expect to receive that refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

1-year Limited Warranty

Kideaux.com warranties all products to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of one (1) year following the date of purchase, provided that the product is used for personal use only and is not utilized in any business, commercial or rental capacity. This limited warranty does not cover failures due to abuse or accidental, or intentional damage.
